Safer School Pickup. Smarter Student Release.

QSmart was created to make school pickup safer, more organized, and easier to manage for schools and families.

Dismissal is one of the busiest and most complex parts of the school day. Schools must coordinate hundreds of students, changing pickup arrangements, authorized adults, traffic flow, and last-minute exceptions—often using disconnected tools and manual processes.

QSmart brings those steps together in one coordinated system. Parents can notify the school as they approach, schools can manage arrival and pickup queues, authorized adults can be verified, and every student release can be documented.

At the center of QSmart is a simple principle: technology should support the people responsible for student safety, not replace their judgment. School staff remain in control of the final release decision while QSmart provides the information, verification, and audit trail they need to make that process more consistent and accountable.

Our goal is to give schools a smarter way to manage dismissal while giving families greater confidence in every pickup.
